Four major categories of semiconductor ceramics and their characteristics

Semiconductor ceramics refer to ceramics with semiconductor properties and a conductivity of about 10-6 ~ 105/m. 1. Thermal-sensitive ceramics: also known as thermistor ceramics, refer to ceramics whose conductivity changes significantly with temperature. 4. Humidity-sensitive ceramics: refers to ceramics whose conductivity changes significantly with humidity. Their conductivity is particularly sensitive to water, making them suitable for humidity measurement and control.
