Group Standards Review Meeting
On July 23, the group standard review meeting for the "Technical Regulations for Application of Ceramic Slate Slabs" led by Mona Lisa Group Co., Ltd. was held at the Shanghai Branch of the China Building Standards Design Institute. The formulation of this standard has important guiding significance for the application of ceramic rock slabs and fills the gap in the application standards of ceramic rock slabs.
The group standard "Technical Regulations for the Application of Ceramic Slate Slabs" is based on the requirements of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association's "Notice on Issuing the "Second Batch of Association Standards Development and Revision Plan in 2022" Jianbiao Xiezi [2022] No. 40, Mona Lisa Group Co., Ltd. and China Building Standards Design Institute Co., Ltd., together with relevant units, formed a preparation team to jointly complete the preparation of the association standard "Technical Regulations for the Application of Ceramic Slabs (Draft for Review)". During the compilation process, the compilation team proposed the design, processing and production, construction and installation of ceramic slate slabs based on the company's experience and achievements in the fields of research and development, production, and market application of ceramic large slate slabs, as well as drawing on relevant domestic and foreign standards and engineering practice experience. Quality acceptance and other requirements provide standardized guidance to the industry and market on the promotion and application of ceramic rock slabs. This review expert group gathered representatives from China State Council Testing and Testing Holding Group Co., Ltd., China Building Materials Industry Planning and Research Institute, Beijing Sino-Singapore Architectural Technology Research Center, China Architectural Society Ecological Habitat Professional Committee, China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. The company, Shanghai Architectural Decoration Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Tongji University Architectural Design Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. and other materials and construction experts reviewed the standards. The experts of the review expert group unanimously believed that the technical content of the "Technical Regulations for the Application of Ceramic Slate Slabs" is reasonable, highly operable, and coordinated with the current relevant standards. It fills the gap in the application standards of ceramic slate slabs and reaches the international level. It passed the review and proposed Modify comments.

Break foreign technical barriers and launch domestic ceramic sheets
In 2007, Mona Lisa produced 900×1800×5.5 (mm) ceramic sheets, and undertook major projects of the National “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” Science and Technology Support Plan, building the industry’s first dry-pressed large-size ceramic plate production line.
Lead the formulation of national standards and gain the right to speak in the world
In 2009, the national standard "Ceramic Plate" drafted by the editor-in-chief of Mona Lisa was announced and implemented. He has participated in the drafting of the international standard "Ceramic Plate" as a representative of China many times, laying a solid foundation for the development of domestic ceramic plates and further promoting the development of ceramic plates. Ceramic large slate panels are used in the construction field.
Continuously introduce advanced equipment at home and abroad to break through the boundaries of large slates
It has successively introduced advanced equipment such as domestic 10,000-ton, 16,800-ton, and 36,000-ton presses, and continuously breaks through the specifications and sizes of ceramic large slate plates, 2400×1200 (mm), 3600×1600 (mm)... In 2021, Mona Lisa has built an industry-leading ultra-high plate digital intelligent demonstration workshop, once again pushing the research and development and production of ceramic large slate plates to new heights. 6000×1800 (mm) and 9000×1800 (mm) ultra-large size ceramic slates have been launched one after another, and the performance, function and surface decoration effect of ceramic slates have been made more exquisite, and translucent ceramic slabs, antibacterial slates, 3mm super Thin rock slab core products.

Currently, Mona Lisa has as many as 250 invention patents related to large ceramic slates, and more than 50 core technologies that have reached internationally advanced and internationally leading levels, pushing China's ceramic plate innovation technology and production to the forefront of the world. Previously, the "Thin Manufacturing and Surface Functionalization Technology of High-Strength Large-Scale Ceramic Plates" project jointly completed by Mona Lisa Group and Shaanxi University of Science and Technology was successfully selected into the "Science and Technology Innovation China" leading technology list (Advanced Materials Field) This national list is rated as a cutting-edge technology with industry-leading significance and broad market prospects, helping technological innovation lead industrial development.
