According to incomplete statistics from the China Market Supervision Administrative Punishment Document Network, a total of 47 ceramic companies/manufacturers in 8 places across the country had their business licenses revoked from March to June. Among them, 25 are in Jiangsu, 6 in Shanghai, 5 in Fujian, 5 in Hunan, 3 in Hebei, 1 in Sichuan, 1 in Jiangxi, and 1 in Yunnan.
In terms of quantity, Jiangsu has the largest number of ceramic companies/manufacturers that have had their business licenses revoked, with 25, accounting for 53.2%; Sichuan, Jiangxi, and Yunnan have the least, with only one each; from a regional perspective, the number of ceramic companies/manufacturers that have had their business licenses revoked is 25, accounting for 53.2%. Most of the licensed ceramic companies/manufacturers belong to the southern region, and there are not many companies involved in the north.

Main reason for revoking business license
According to statistical analysis, most of the 47 ceramic companies/manufacturers were “not open for business for more than six months without justifiable reasons after the company was established, or were closed for more than six consecutive months after opening”, “failed to publish annual reports in accordance with the law, and failed to comply with the law. "Pay taxes", "failed to declare to the tax authorities for tax registration in accordance with relevant regulations", "cannot be contacted through the registered residence (business place)", etc. The business license was revoked.

It is understood that the revocation of a business license will bring many restrictions to the enterprise, its legal representative and directly responsible persons.
1. The name of an enterprise whose business license has been revoked shall not be used within three years;
2. Serve as the legal representative of a company or enterprise whose business license has been revoked due to violation of laws, and bear personal responsibility for the enterprise's illegal acts. It has not been more than three years since the company or enterprise's business license was revoked. Not allowed to serve as a director, supervisor or manager of the company;
3. The investors of the revoked enterprise or the shareholders of the limited company shall fulfill their obligations to organize liquidation in accordance with the law. Those who refuse to liquidate shall bear the legal consequences arising therefrom;
4. An enterprise whose business license has been revoked shall return the official business license seal, contract seal, etc. to the original registration authority. If it refuses to return it, it is a violation of registration management regulations and may request the local public security agency to assist in the collection. Anyone who uses a receivable business license to engage in business activities will be punished as operating without a license. If a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law.
It is worth noting that the bad information of enterprises that have had their business licenses revoked or have serious violations of laws and regulations and their responsible legal representatives will be locked into the warning information database, and classified supervision and a "blacklist" system will be implemented to expand dishonesty. The scope of disclosure of behavior ensures transaction safety. These bad credit records will not end with the demise of the company or the resignation of the responsible person. They will not be eliminated in the personal name of the responsible person for a relatively long period of time, causing them to bear the consequences of breaking trust in society.
